You may wonder… why did I join RE/MAX? I was impressed with the integrity, friendly atmosphere, great support of the Broker, agents and the staff… PLUS this is an educational hub for Real Estate Licensing. It was a no brainer with so much at my fingertips, so here I am!
Helping people is one of my weaknesses (did anyone say chocolate?), and so that goes right along with helping you find the right solution for your questions to buy or sell property. I know this can be a really exciting and intimidating time to take the next step in your life, to buy a new home, or to be selling your home because plans have changed… and a lot of emotions mixed in! So I can help coach you through the process, and throw some chocolate in there, which really helps the process along too! 😊
On the professional side of life, I am currently serving on the Planning Board for Butte County; the Education Committee and a Local Director for our Mt Rushmore MLS. I was awarded with the Rising Star Award 2016 from the Mt Rushmore Association of Realtors. I have sold residential properties, commercial and farm and ranch also, and have these type of listings for sale as well. My memberships include the Belle Fourche Area Chamber of Commerce, and past Leadership class of the Spearfish Chamber of Commerce, Women In Networking, and former president of the Nisland/Arpan Fire Auxiliary.
On the more personal side of life, my husband, Bob and I, live on a century family farm, with the 5th generation, my son Graham, managing it. Bob and I own B&H Excavation, a family owned dirt moving business since 1996, building small local subdivisions and lots of stock dams for the ranching community.
During my free time, I enjoy: making truffles & goodies, the outdoors, entertaining, grandchildren, travel, history, photography, reading, snow skiing, camping, hiking, making long lasting friendships… of which, I hope you can become!
So, I look forward to getting acquainted with you, and we can accomplish your goals together!
